I am Rakib. My full name is A. Rakib Uddin. I am a student of Urban and Rural Planning Discipline, Khulna University, Bangladesh. I am in final year now. Now, I am a student but I don’t know what will be my status after this year when I will be a graduate. A graduation degree can bring happiness to all students, but I know this degree will say me that I will then ready to get a job, ready to take some responsibilities. At last, my family has been supporting me since I have born and bred. Now, it’s the time for me to take the responsibilities of the family. But you know, the uncertainty to get a good job is very common in Bangladesh. I am very anxious about it. I don’t know what type of job is waiting for me. I want to prepare myself to do something well. But these can be discussed later. Now, I want to tell you something about me.
I was born in Paikgacha, a sub-district of Khulna district at 31st December 1988. I was the first son of my family and I think I am very lucky. You know, I am very proud of it too. Now, I have a very loving younger brother. Mother, Father, a brother and me these are the members of my happy family. Someone will be included in future, God knows well about it. My father is a government service holder and my mother is a housewife. I and my family are living in Khulna city now.
I was a student of Khulna Zilla School and Khulna Majid Memorial City College before. Then I get admitted in Khulna University at 2007. Now, future is uncertain. So I don’t know what will be the future of me. But I am optimistic.
I love to read novels of Md. Jafar Iqbal and Shirshendu Mukhapadhaie. But my most favorite writer is Sayad Mujtaba Ali. He had written some really good books. My favorite writing is “Deshe Bideshe” by Sayad Mujtaba Ali. This book is about tour to Afganisthan. I like to visit different places also.
I like to eat also, especially rice and different types of curry prepared by my mother. These are really delicious. I also like to eat mango, the king of all fruits. My favorite color is light green and light blue. And last of all my favorite persons are my mother and father.
